On March 14, 2026, the “Escapades de la Recherche” of Jardin des Sciences moved to the brand-new Médiathèque de Rhinau, near Benfeld, Alsace, as a travelling art exhibition inspired by research works of Strasbourg scientists. Alexandre Smirnov (MITO team) was there to meet people and talk about bacteria, experimental evolution, and how and why one becomes a scientist.
